The Learning
The selected learners will gain exposure to numerous educational aspects and are expected to apply them in a real-world work scenario. In addition to Long Term Insurance, learners will also learn about call centre operations, claim procedures, health benefits administration, and servicing medical aid clients. Successful completion of the learnership culminates in the awarding of an FETC in Long Term Insurance NQF Level 4. This qualification substantially improves employability in the future job market.
Eligibility Criteria
All prospective candidates for the Discovery Long Term Insurance Learnership must meet a clearly defined eligibility criterion.
