Receptionist Vacancy at CETA: What You Need to Know

We’re searching for a candidate possessing matric plus any relevant certification/qualification. In addition, they should also have experience in reception and switchboard management.

Candidates proficient in Microsoft Outlook, notably for sending emails, and other Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, are preferred.

Are you familiar with switchboard operations? You are our ideal candidate. Other crucial skills include being professional, courteous, and helpful in information sharing, and demonstrating zealous customer service excellence.

Excellent interpersonal relations and a firm grasp of the English language are also vital.

Remuneration and Benefits

The position offers a negotiable basic salary plus an attractive benefits package, in line with the CETA Remuneration Policy and the relevant salary scales. We aim to attract the best candidates with a competitive package. The successful appointee will work for the long haul, linked to the CETA license, and the performance will be gauged according to the Performance Management Policy of the CETA.
