Exciting Human Resource Clerk Opportunities at KZN Department of Transport
There are four openings for the position of Human Resource Clerk at the KZN Department of Transport. If you have a Senior Certificate or a National Certificate (Vocational) NQF Level 4, you could be just the person we’re looking for.
Skills and Competencies Required
Our ideal candidate will have:
- A good understanding of the working environment and Human Resources Management duties
- Basic computer skills, including data entry and statistics collection
- An understanding of the legislative framework governing the Public Service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- An ability to plan and organize, both individually and as part of a team
- Good interpersonal relations, flexibility, and a commitment to organizational goals
Key Performance Areas:
As a Human Resource Clerk, your tasks will include:
- Handling recruitment and selection processes (advertisements, appointments, transfers, qualification verification, etc.)
- Implementing conditions of services such as Leave, Housing, Medical, Injury on duty, and such
- Providing support services for the control and care of human resource records
- Managing terminations of services
- Addressing Human Resource administration enquires.
