Eligibility Criteria

The following are the Cipla Bursaries Eligibility Criteria:

  • Official South African citizenship
  • Current age between 21-28 years
  • A minimum average aggregate of 70% for tertiary studies
  • Not a recipient of any other bursary fund
  • Recognition under the BBBEE criteria
  • Successful completion of all subjects/modules in the previous academic year
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English
  • Provision of the following documents:
    • A certified copy of the Identity Document
    • Matric Certificate
    • Relevant academic qualifications
    • A one-page resume
    • The most current academic track record/transcripts
    • Valid proof of registration with an accredited tertiary institution and successful completion of the first year.
