Essential Qualifications and Experience

  • A Grade 12 certificate is a prerequisite.
  • Preference will be given to candidates who possess a three-year National Diploma or bachelor’s degree.
  • Applicants with zero to two years of experience in a relevant field will have an edge.

Necessary Skills and Knowledge

  1. Understanding of Expanded Public Works Programme (EPWP) and its relationship with different government levels.
  2. Exhibiting basic organizational, coordination, stakeholder management, facilitation skills, and an understanding of government planning processes.
  3. Proficiency in all Microsoft packages and computer literacy.
  4. Ability to work extended hours under pressure and willingness to travel.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Responsibilities
Preparing monthly progress reports on the Project Management reporting systems.
Delivering high-quality reports based on collected and entered data.
Reconciling reports and informing the manager about any anomalies in the reporting.
Administering digital filing duties such as scanning, renaming, and uploading of crucial project documents.
