Prior to FlySafair’s establishment, Safair was largely known for its contributions to passenger airlines, operating under other renowned brands like SAA, Mango, Kulula, and RyanAir. However, they never ran flights under their own brand.

The selected candidates will operate directly under the supervision of the Manager: Cabin Services and will be handed the following responsibilities:

• Be vigilant in enforcing safety rules and protocols
• Effectively provide a pleasant experience to passengers
• Exhibit high integrity in all actions
• Maintain optimal administrative compliance

Eligibility Criteria

Basic Qualifications:

• Grade 12 qualification
• Relevant certificates including Fire Fighting, Avmed DD50 Medical, Ditching, Dangerous Goods, and SACAA Cabin Crew License
• Valid South African Driver’s License and personal vehicle
• Level 4 English language proficiency
• Medically fit and capable of swimming
• Willing to undertake shift work, including weekends, public holidays, morning and evening shifts
• Proof of Covid-19 vaccination
