The position is based at the Department’s Head Office. Keep in mind that the role requires a valid driver’s license along with a Grade 12 certificate.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The selected candidates will have an array of duties which include:

  • Vehicle reconciliation as well as tracker analysis report generation
  • Conducting vehicle inspections and maintaining status records of GG Vehicles
  • Recording and retrieving vehicle inspection data as required
  • Booking vehicles for repairs and services and keeping accurate records of all such activities
  • Monitoring vehicle compliance, utilization, and maintaining records of underutilization and overutilization of GG vehicles and subsidized vehicles.
