VKB Agriculture has introduced a learnership program tailored for individuals intent on upgrading their skills and gaining insights within the Grain Grader profession. The VKB Agriculture Grain Grader Learnership 2023 has been purposefully shaped to expand participants’ comprehension of the industry and employ their skills effectively. As a participant of the VKB Agriculture Grain Grader, the following roles will be required:
- Observing the sample tacking process
- Appropriate grading of grains
- Undertaking job-related administrative duties
- Facilitating the resolution of disputes
- Completing compulsory courses
