- Fill in the attached EPWP Application form. This form is also available in print at any nearby Municipal Office or at the old Nedbank building, Bredasdorp.
- Attach a certified copy of your ID
- Provide proof of your banking details (bank letter / bank statement)
- Hand in or email your application with your certified ID and banking details proof to your closest Municipal Office or at the old Nedbank Building in Bredasdorp.
