About the Role
The position of Registrar’s Clerk, Referenced as: 2023/347/OCJ, provides an attractive compensation ranging between R202,233 – R235,611 each year. Successful applicants will be required to enter a performance agreement. The placement will be at the KwaZulu Natal Division of The High Court, in Durban.
What You’ll Need
For an effective application submission, candidates should have a Matric Certificate and computer literacy. Having prior experience in Clerical/administrative functions can be advantageous.:

Your Responsibilities
As part of your job, you will be expected to provide efficient support services to the court, assist with the compilation of Court rolls, check court files for Practice Directive compliance before allocating dates, and manage file storage. You will also help litigants with their files and give them advice on how to secure dates on the court rolls. Other duties include updating spreadsheets, processing requests for preference through the Judge President’s Office, and collating statistics.
