Job Details

The post of Photocopier Operator (Ref No: DHET90/10/2023) in the branch of Corporate Management Services in the directorate of Information Knowledge Management and Records Management is presently open for application. Job Requirements

Applicants are expected to possess a national senior/grade 12/ NCV Certificate (Level 4), and have knowledge of the places where the role would be performed. Other required proficiencies include but are not limited to, the ability to capture forms on the database, familiarization with relevant equipment, planning and organising, and understanding of repetitive tasks, and facilities policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Making copies of documents
• Duplicate documents
• Operating high-volume photocopier machines
• Binding and sorting of documents
• Performing minor maintenance and reporting malfunctioning of the photocopier
• Making requisitions for photocopier material and keeping stationery for copies
• Providing counter services
