Requirements

Potential candidates must hold a Grade 12 or equivalent certificate. A year’s experience in the Transport department is required, along with a Computer Literacy Certificate. If you also possess a qualification in Public Administration or Transport Management, you will have an added advantage. The applicant must be competent at inspecting and managing government cars, along with good planning and organizing skills. Additionally, a valid driver’s license is essential.

Duties Include

  • Monitoring and controlling the maintenance and expenditure of GG vehicles.
  • Allocating responsibilities to the drivers and conducting regular vehicle inspections pre- and post-trips.
  • Compliance with the service level agreements and Transport policies.
  • Maintaining regular and scheduled vehicle service.
