Overview of the Learnership Programme 2024

Offering NQF Level 04 and Level 02 learnership opportunities, this programme is designed to address South Africa’s prevailing skills shortage, structured to offer a blend of theoretical education and practical workplace learning.
The programme does not provide additional benefits like a pension fund, housing subsidy, medical aid, or overtime compensation.
