Financial Package

Job Requirements

The prospective candidate must have a Grade 12 or equivalent qualification, a National Diploma in Information Technology, and at least one year of IT experience in public sector support encompassing Desktop, LAN, and WAN. Being A+, N+ Certificate and MCSA or MCSE certified would be a distinct advantage.

Job Duties

As an IT Helpdesk Clerk, your responsibilities will include receiving and assessing faults, providing first-line support, following up on user statuses, resolving helpdesk issues, and maintaining an effective filling system for audit trails and incident reports. You will also assist users on accessing the internet and setting up virtual meetings. Troubleshooting local and network print device problems, as well as mapping of network drives, will also be part of your duty.
