Responsibilities:
- Undertaking accurate and prompt collection and delivery of spare parts.
- Strictly adhering to traffic rules and road safety regulations during collections and deliveries.
- Maintaining vehicle cleanliness, fuel levels, and roadworthiness.
- Ensuring vehicle servicing, logbook updates, and licence renewals are managed competently.
- Prompt reporting of any vehicle incidents like traffic fines and breakdowns.
- Conducting regular vehicle inspections and reporting any discrepancies.
- Performing additional duties as reasonably requested, including overtime work.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Matric qualification is essential.
- Experience in driving within the motor trade would be a plus.
Skills and Personal Attributes:
- Proficient computer skills and computer literacy.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Must hold a valid Driver’s License with no endorsements.
- Strong communication and administrative management skills.
