Old Mutual is inviting applications from individuals who are keen to enhance their theoretical and practical work capabilities through their structured learnership programme. The Old Mutual Learnership provides an optimal opportunity for ambitious learners by offering extensive exposure to the FETC: Contact Centre Operations Learnership Qualification (NQF Level 4).
This accredited and INSETA-endorsed programme, spanning over a year, is an essential building block for career progression. Participants will engage in a formal learning experience that combines theoretical training with practical workplace exposure, thus equipping them with necessary skills and knowledge. This program also aims to cultivate a sustainable talent pool that will contribute to achieving the organization’s objectives, thereby improving its efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria
