The Old Mutual Learnership provides an optimal opportunity for ambitious learners by offering extensive exposure to the FETC: Contact Centre Operations Learnership Qualification (NQF Level 4).

This accredited and INSETA-endorsed programme, spanning over a year, is an essential building block for career progression. Participants will engage in a formal learning experience that combines theoretical training with practical workplace exposure, thus equipping them with necessary skills and knowledge. Eligibility Criteria

INSETA Learnership The candidate must not be part of any other INSETA Learnership.

Work Experience The candidate must have less than 1 year of work experience.
Credit & Criminal Record The candidate must have a clear Credit & Criminal record.
