Role Requirements:

We are looking for an energetic individual with a Grade 12 with strong computer literacy and a great attention for numbers. The individual must be prepared to rotate posts and act as a reliever. Having a registry background will give you an upper edge. The person must be capable of working under pressure, maintaining good interpersonal and communication skills. In addition, the person must be in good health and physically fit. Teamwork is a key aspect of this role.

Role Duties:

Your main job is to ensure accurate numerical sorting and filing of patients’ files and documentation. You will be responsible for drawing files for various offices, clinics, billing section, patient report office, auditors etc. Using the SAP system for file tracking and checking the movement history of patients is a significant part of your job. Efficient handling of queries, daily file checks for misfiles, regular removal of inactive patient files according to policies, file moving and performing tasks allocated by the supervisor form the crux of this role.
