Knowledge Requirements

The applicant should have understanding of systems, processes, procedures, policies and legislation related to the said post. Familiarity with the Public Service Act and South African Police Service Act is vital along with Public Finance Management Act, and other relevant legislations. Additionally, the candidate must possess proficiency in Microsoft Word / Power Point / Excel.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Must possess an LLB Degree (accredited by SAQA on NQF level 8)
2. At least three years of relevant managerial experience in the field
3. Fluency in English and one other official language
4. A valid motor vehicle driver‘s license
5. Must undergo a security vetting process to earn the required Top Secret security clearance

Responsibilities of The Role

• Management of legal support within detection environments
• Providing legal support to Crime Intelligence and MOSAC environments
