General Assistant Position at Anova Health Institute – 2024
Anova Health Institute is providing candidates a chance to work with a reputable company in the General Assistant role, attending to diverse duties. As a General Assistant in Anova Health Institute, you will be taking responsibility for the cleaning services to ensure Anova’s smooth operation. The role is crucial to maintain a sanitary, clean, and safe facility for both employees and clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Executing office cleaning tasks, this includes sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting areas daily, along with routine vacuuming.
- Using the cleaning materials and equipment recommended by the Supplier.
- Complying with Health and Safety regulations, using protective clothing and equipment.
- Assisting with adhoc duties as required.
- Changing office bulbs.
- Serving as the main contact person for tea requests during boardroom meetings.
- Running necessary errands.
- Reporting detected property damage immediately.
- Coordinating with the office manager to order necessities (like coffee, tea, sugar, milk, cleaning materials) before exhaustion.
- Ordering paper towels before depletion.
- Maintaining a constant supply of cleaning materials.
Eligibility Criteria
