The primary role of the successful applicant will be to efficiently maintain the administrative functions of the branch.

Requirements:

/Training Grade 12 qualification
Work Experience Minimum of 1 year in

Key Performance Areas:

  • Receive, file and help with ad-hoc receiving duties on all delivery notes.
  • Ensure proper processing and sequencing of in the system.
  • Maintain superior client relationships and effectively resolve client queries.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports such as outstanding claims, purchase orders, and negative stock reports.
  • Assist with quarterly stock taking and the generation of related reports.
  • Capture and generate variance reports based on stock count sheets.
  • Kinross specific duties: Manage claims, link invoice with delivery notes/orders, ensure cash-up procedures, and communicate with suppliers regularly.

Technical Knowledge/Competencies:

  • Proficient in computer literacy, primarily MS Office.
