Senior Certificate (or equivalent) Experience in Human Resource Management Proficiency in MS Office package, e-mail, and internet

Job Duties

  1. Administering and managing personnel activities including appointments, service terminations, and transfers.
  2. Carrying out various HR functions such as pension administration, salary administration, leave administration, housing, injury on duty etc.
  3. Handle all personnel inquiries and correspondences.
  4. Act as an adviser during recruitment and selection processes and support management in HR matters.
  5. Maintain and update various registers (PILIR, RWOPS, Appointment and service terminations).
