Applicant Qualifications and Experience
- A Grade 12 or equivalent certificate,
- Relevant qualification in Supply Chain Management with 1-year experience in an Asset Management Department,
- Computer literacy, knowledge of PFMA, SCM Policies and Treasury Regulations,
- Knowledge of BAS and Asset ware,
- Ability to work under pressure, and
- A valid driver`s license.
Duties for Successful Applicant
- To control assets within the Campus,
- Ensure all assets are correctly captured on Asset ware,
- Update information on Asset ware monthly,
- Control the movement of assets, maintain accurate inventory lists,
- Perform periodic physical verification of assets,
- Participate in the preparation of annual financial statements, and
- Ensure a seamless and well-coordinated asset register, amongst many more.
