Job Title: NURSING ASSISTANT GRADE 1(10 MONTHS CONTRACT)

Package: The remuneration package for the position will be R 157 761 per annum (within the OSD framework) plus 37% in lieu of benefits.

What are the Requirements for the Position?

• Grade 12 plus a certificate in Auxiliary Nursing.
• Registration with the SANC as a Nursing Assistant.
• Proof of registration with the SANC.
• Knowledge of nursing care processes, procedures, and relevant legal frameworks such as the Nursing Act, Health Act, and Labour Relation, among others.

Duties and Responsibilities

As a Nursing Assistant, you will be required to assist patients with their daily living activities and basic physical care. Additionally, providing simple clinical nursing care and constantly striving for professional growth, ethical standards, and self-development will remain integral parts of this role.
