The specifications of the job roles are as follows:

| Grade 2 | R184 026 – R205 281 per annum | 10 years of experience needed |
| Grade 3 | R216 876 – R264 948 per annum | 20 years of experience needed |
Requirements for Application
To apply, the following qualifications are required:
- Registration with the SANC as a Nursing Assistant
- Experience dependent on the grade applied for (either no prior experience, 10 years’, or 20 years’ experience)
Duties
Selected candidates are expected to fulfil the following duties:
- An understanding of nursing legislation and related legal and ethical nursing practices
- Perform clinical nursing practice according to the scope of practice and nursing standards at the relevant health facility
- Promote the quality of nursing care and standards
