What are the Requirements?
- ABET Certificate.
- Strong communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure and adapt to situations.
- People centred and service orientated approach.
What will the Duties Involve?
Successful candidates will provide a range of cleaning services which will involve:
- Cleaning of offices, corridors, elevators, and boardrooms which will include dusting and waxing of office furniture.
- Sweeping, scrubbing, and waxing of floors, including vacuuming and shampooing.
- Cleaning of walls, windows and doors. Emptying and cleaning of waste bins.
- Collecting and removing waste papers and general freshening of office areas.
- Cleaning of kitchen, leaving basins spotless, washing and keeping stock of kitchen utensils.
- Restroom duties such as refilling hand wash liquid soap, replacing toilet papers, hand towels, and refreshers. Emptying and washing waste bins.
- Maintaining cleaning materials and equipment and reporting any breakages or failures.
- Cleaning of shared equipment like microwaves and vacuum cleaners after use and requesting replacement cleaning materials as needed.
