Job Requirements

The desired candidate must have a Grade 12 or equivalent and 0- 2 years of relevant administrative experience. Essential skills include computer literacy, , office organization, and communication skills in verbal, non-verbal and written forms. More specific requirements include:

  • High-level typing skills
  • Knowledge of MS office
  • Ability to use own initiative and meet deadlines when required
  • Knowledge of Batho Pele principles, and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Diligence and commitment
  • A valid ‘s licence

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will handle tasks such as attending to telephone inquiries, organizing paperwork, completing photocopy, scanning and faxing needs, dealing with queries promptly and professionally, assisting in daily office functions, typing of , reports and correspondence as needed, and tracking delivered or collected documents.
