To apply, individuals must fill up form Z83, which is accessible from any Public Service Department office or the DPSA’s official website from January 01, 2021, onwards. An application submitted on an incorrect form, or one not bearing the candidate’s original signature and the current date, will face disqualification. Only the shortlisted candidates need to submit copies of qualifications, and other required documents, at the time of interview. The documents cannot be more than six months old.

Applying for Multiple Posts

If a candidate opts for more than one position, they must submit a separate Z83 form and accompaniment for each post. In case a candidate decides to withdraw the application, they may do so in writing. Where a candidate applies for multiple posts through one form, it will only be considered for the first post indicated.

Application Process

To application details, download the official advert. The Department will not accept photocopies or fax copies of application documents. Successful candidates will undergo Personnel Suitability Checks including a criminal record, citizenship, financial/asset record checks, and qualification and employment verification. Additionally, candidates will undergo security clearance processes. In the absence of any confirmation or feedback within three months from the closing date, candidates should consider their applications unsuccessful.
