The VKB Agriculture Job Vacancy as Millwright is a full-time position that provides an opportunity to the right candidates to serve as a professional Millwright with VKB Agriculture. In addition to the installation, maintenance, testing, and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and electronic devices and systems at the plant, this role also encompasses work on electrical transmission and distribution devices and the carrying out of preventative maintenance.
What this role demands from you:
- Effective remodeling in hydraulics, including valves, cylinders etc.
- Handling mechanical maintenance that includes work on gearboxes, bearings, conveyor belts, couplings, etc.
- Proficient knowledge in boiler making, such as welding and cutting
- Basic understanding of rigging techniques
- Experience in electrical maintenance, involving HT switching and transformers etc.
- Taking account of plant maintenance with the present maintenance team, and handling the electrical installation
The job is based in Frankfort, Free State.
Eligibility Criteria
