Join Our Learnership Programme at Value Group

Are you an unemployed youth in Gauteng? Are you keen to acquire substantial skills that will propel your career in logistics and supply chain management? The Value Group provides an unrivalled opportunity to gain both the theoretical knowledge and practical experience required to excel in these fields. Seize the chance by joining our unique 12-month learnership programme. The programme is meticulously designed to furnish participants with the Supply Chain Practitioner NQF 5 qualification, setting you up for success in logistics and supply chain management.

Learning Structure & Schedule

We gauge your abilities through literacy and numeracy assessments before proceeding. All attendees of the programme are expected to undergo mandatory criminal background checks. Participants are required to attend theoretical classroom training one week each month. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, working from 07H00 to 17H00, with possible overtime. Given that the ultimate goal is to expose you to how to work in an operational supply chain environment, learners will gain invaluable practical experience. As a bonus, you will receive a monthly stipend for the duration of your learnership!

Entry Level Requirements

  • Attained the Matric Certificate with a 60% pass rate.
  • Age limit: Applicants must be between 20 and 29 years old.

  • Most recent CV.
  • Original certified copy of your South African ID.
  • Original certified copy of your Matric Certificate.
  • Copies of any additional qualifications.
