Truworths Agent Vacancy – 2024

Truworths offers a permanent position to candidates wanting to engage with the company as Inbound Call Centre Agents. This position at Truworths is best suited for motivated, energetic individuals possessing a passion for retail and an unyielding commitment to top-notch excellence. The role is centered around the company’s lively Fashion Call Centre located in Cape Town. Successful candidates will be welcomed into the Customer Services department, working extensively in the Multimedia Department and Ecommerce team.

Duties

The assigned responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:

  • Handling incoming E-commerce and Fashion Delivery order-related calls.
  • Helping customers with order tracking.
  • Assisting customers with managing their online profiles.
  • Working with couriers and stores, providing customer feedback.
  • Preparing for handled contacts.
  • Exhibiting a personality and quality of multimedia correspondence that enhances customer relationships.
  • Educating customers on a variety of topics.
  • Admin duties following procedures swiftly and accurately.
  • Actively contributing to department performance and personal training initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria

Basic Qualifications

  1. Attain a matric qualification.

  3. Possess a minimum of 12 months’ experience within a contact centre in an agent or related role.
