Job Prerequisites

Interested applicants should hold a Grade 12 or equivalent certificate with at least 1 year of experience in Public Service Administration. Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and diplomacy in verbal and written communication along with excellent interpersonal relations holds good stead. Candidates with previous experience in Student Affairs and a valid driver’s license have an added advantage.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintaining control over student absenteeism and assisting students with leave matters.
  • Maintaining and updating student’s records and lecturer periods.
  • Assisting with completion of clinical hours for submission to SANC (South African Nursing College).
  • Following and applying current legislation and policies such as SANC, CHE, UMALUSI, POPIA ACT, and BATHO PELE PRINCIPLES.
