Receptionist Duties

  • Warmly greet staff and visitors at the front desk, directing them suitably.
  • Efficiently operate the switchboard and handle incoming calls.
  • Maintain the reception area ensuring it is orderly, with necessary stationery and brochures in place.
  • Guard office security by adhering to safety procedures, controlling front desk activities.
  • Assist the Operations Assistant and Brand Sales Co-ordinator when required.
