  • Ensure that the completed Z83 form reflects the name of the position, the name, and date of the publication as a reference, and is signed and accompanied by a comprehensive CV.
  • Applications need to be dispatched to the designated address specified in the advertisement.
  • Please bear in mind that faxed or emailed applications will not be considered.
  • It is absolutely essential to submit your application on or before the closing date as late submissions won’t be entertained.
  • Eligible incumbents will be shortlisted and may be required to undertake Competency/Proficiency tests.
  • Be advised that your CV once submitted won’t be returned.

The Interview Process:

Shortlisted candidates will be communicated and will be required to:

  • Present recently certified copies of the Identity Document (ID), driver’s license (if applicable for the post), qualifications, and proof of registration at relevant statutory bodies not older than 6 months for verification purposes.
  • Attend an interview on a date and time as decided by the department and might be required to take competency assessments/proficiency tests.

If candidates have not received any response from the Department within 3 months of the closing date, they should consider their application as unsuccessful.
