Essential Responsibilities

• Delivery and collection of mail and parcels
• Ensuring vehicle’s proper maintenance, cleanliness, and reporting any incidences
• Handling document collection and delivery across various Rand Water’s sites
• Maintaining log books for each trip undertaken
• Transportation of staff members for diverse trainings and well-being
• Compliance with SHE legislation
• HR document’s filing, recording, and dispatching

Minimum Qualifications & Skills

Aspiring candidates should have National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) along with a valid driver’s license and the ability to pass Rand Water’s K53 test. Holding an office administration certificate or its equivalent would be advantageous. Two years of relevant experience in an HR environment along with a Public Drivers Permit add value to your candidacy.

Our new HR Driver should be proficient in light motor vehicle driving and have a firm understanding of road traffic regulations and ISO 45001. A strong grip on communication and problem-solving skills, combined with administrative abilities are crucial to fulfill this role’s requirements
