Job Description
The successful candidate will be tasked with providing comprehensive assistance to the Director. Duties will comprise of dealing with secretarial and administrative operations on a daily basis. The role also necessitates serving as the initial point of contact for the department while efficiently handling general inquiries and various office administrative activities.
Essential Qualifications
- Candidates must have completed Grade 12 and possess a relevant qualification in Secretarial or Business Administration studies.
- Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Secretarial/Personal Assistant role.
Additional Desirable Skillset And Experience
- Experience working in an HIV or medical environment.
- Exceptional organizational and administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Ability to maintain discretion, initiative, and independent decision-making abilities.
- Assertive, confident, self-motivated, and adaptable.
- Ability to function independently and collaborate effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Possession of a valid driver‘s license.
