Duties and Responsibilities
- Keeping offices neat: This includes vacuuming rooms, emptying waste bins and corridors.
- Working with the cleaning team to ensure the entire facility maintains a high level of cleanliness.
- Preparing boardrooms for meetings: This includes moving furniture or equipment around the room or from a different part of the building, and making tea or coffee.
- Observing and adhering strictly to health and safety protocols.
- Reporting any potential hazards, faults or problems to either a Section Supervisor or the Facilities Manager.
- Regular sweeping and mopping of floor surfaces.
- Reporting any items in need of repair or replacement to the Facilities Manager. This includes fulfilling any other obligations as requested.
Qualifications and Experience
