Job Requirements

Candidates must possess a Grade 12 education, be computer literate, and have knowledge of the SAP system. Prior experience in a hospital setting will be highly considered. Candidates should also have strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a caring attitude towards patients, staff members, and external clients. The ability to work independently and under pressure, plus a readiness to be deployed in other sections of Patient Administration, is also a necessity. Candidates should also be prepared to work shifts/flexi hours and not face transportation issues.

Job Duties

  1. Performing patient administration duties in all sections of Patient Administration like registration, wards, clinics, and accidents and emergencies.
  2. Rotating to all departments within patient administration.
  3. Accurately recording patient information and activities and all other related tasks- manually and on the SAP system.
  4. Updating and controlling file information of patients.
  5. Efficiently handling inquiries.
  6. Collection of revenue for services rendered.
  7. Performing other tasks allocated by the supervisor or team leader.
