Job Requirements
Candidates must possess a Grade 12 education, be computer literate, and have knowledge of the SAP system. Prior experience in a hospital setting will be highly considered. Candidates should also have strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a caring attitude towards patients, staff members, and external clients. The ability to work independently and under pressure, plus a readiness to be deployed in other sections of Patient Administration, is also a necessity. Candidates should also be prepared to work shifts/flexi hours and not face transportation issues.
Job Duties
- Performing patient administration duties in all sections of Patient Administration like registration, wards, clinics, and accidents and emergencies.
- Rotating to all departments within patient administration.
- Accurately recording patient information and activities and all other related tasks- manually and on the SAP system.
- Updating and controlling file information of patients.
- Efficiently handling inquiries.
- Collection of revenue for services rendered.
- Performing other tasks allocated by the supervisor or team leader.
