OVK Grain Grader Learnership 2024
Known for its dedication to fostering talent, OVK is inviting South African candidates who harbor a passion for learning, to capitalize on the OVK Grain Grader Learnership program. This program is a golden opportunity that equips candidates with the basics of the industry.
The program follows a precise curriculum that integrates theoretical examinations and practical working sessions within the real industry environment. The trainees will be guided under expert supervision to ensure significant progress towards achieving certification. The learnership is exclusively open for candidates based in Reitz, Free State.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the OVK Grain Grader Learnership, candidates must fulfill certain criteria, as listed below:
- Hold a Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 qualification
- Must complete all necessary grading courses via an in-service training session
- Possess computer literacy skills
- Exhibit a strong administration background
- Possess a valid Driver’s License
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills
- Be fluent in both English and Afrikaans
- Present impressive interpersonal abilities
- Show a clear criminal track record
- Provide traceable references
- Demonstrate the physical capability to cope with workload
- Possess aptitude for administrative duties
- Past experience in the agriculture field (advantageous).
