Requirements
To qualify for this position, applicants need to have a credential recognised by the SANC for a Nursing Assistant. A SANC registration is crucial. Experience, although advantageous, is not necessary.
Competencies / Knowledge / Skills
- Elementary understanding of nursing legislation and associated ethical practices.
- Elementary skill in clinical nursing practice.
- Strong commitment to enhancing the quality of elementary nursing care.
Duties
In this role, the appointed candidates will:
- Assist patients in their daily activities, providing physical aid as required.
- Execute elementary clinical nursing duties.
- Maintain professional, ethical standards and self-development.
- Abide by the performance management and development system.
