- File collection from different parts of the hospital
- Execution of duties relating to a specific work environment, according to accuracy norms and standards
- Collection and distribution of patients files to the prescribed points
- Sorting of patients files and loose documents
- Relieving upon supervisor’s request
- Performing other tasks allocated by the supervisor
