Position Details

Key Requirements

• Grade 12/Senior Certificate
• Proficiency in computer use and accuracy in data entry
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Understanding of Batho Pele principles
• Assertiveness and resilience under pressure
• Good communication (oral and written) skills

Role and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will shoulder responsibilities including, but not limited to, receiving and entering all complaints/requests on the database, handling case files, following up on outstanding complaints, and delivering monthly reports. The individual will also be expected to provide statistical analysis of all received complaints, handle enquiries, and perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
