Role:                                                            Trainer – Cleaning and HygieneReporting to:                                               Training ManagerBusiness Area:                                            KZNEmployment Contract:                                Permanent  The Main Purpose of the jobThe successful applicant will be responsible for conducting and assessing training and development to ensure employees and learners acquire the skills and develop the competencies required by the organization to meet organizational objectives. Education and Experience required:MatricFurther education and training certificate: ODETD (Minimum NQF Level 5) will be an advantageRegistration as Assessor (Moderator an advantage) at SSETA will be an advantageExposure to health care industryOn the job training exposureHygiene and Cleaning related qualifications and practical experience in the cleaning Industry Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:Good numeric and administrative skillsGood planning, leading, negotiation, and organizational skillsGood interpersonal skillsWell-groomedProactive and takes initiativeExcellent people management skillsComputer literate (MS Office)Ability to work flexible hours as requiredValid driver’s licenseAbility to travel Key areas of responsibility:Achieve facilitation, assessment and other targetsWorking closely with training partners to ensure that the business meets all the set training standards and criteriaAttend stakeholder meetingsDeliver appropriate training to employees, learners and other stakeholders involved on various topicsDevise and utilise a scheme of work and lesson plansMaintain required training recordsPrepare for and facilitate learning, conduct assessments, post course evaluations and write reportsMaintain accreditation and registration with quality assessment partners, current knowledge of related topics/field of expertiseKeep updated with best practice, market trends and new business opportunities received  Additional Considerations: Expected to travelJob may require extended hours in order to adhere to deadlinesDrivers LicenceEmpact Group is committed to Employment Equity in line with legislation and will give first preference to candidates as per Equity requirements.  By applying for a role within Empact Group (Proprietary) Limited, all Personal Information that you provide to the Company will be held and/ or stored securely for the purpose of recruitment.
