Job Description

StrategyDevelop & implement  an integrated planning process across all channels Work closely with Finance to establish a model stock holding & ideal stock turn in line with business needsProvide regular guidance to the business relating to market & consumer trends, optimal stock levels, areas of opportunity & potential risk Operational ManagementOTB management based on seasonal sell thru, business plan & closing stock on handWork closely with Merch in order to finalise seasonal line list including forecasts by skuWork with Merch to finalise Pricing & “in-take” margin based on forecasts on a sku levelManagement of inventory vs model stock holding. Upfront procurement, seasonal inflow, store replens, action plan for ATS & ageing stock Work closely with finance to evaluate SCM inbound reporting to align inflow vs plan & cashflow requirements Evaluate sell thru-data across channels in order to call out in- season risks & opportunities as well as influence next season’s product development and buying decisions. Preparation of seasonal and monthly unit Forecasting & stock cover in detail & in summary (By division, by gender & by end use) in co-operation with Merchandising and channels.  Build relationships with the key wholesale customers, (Especially SIS accounts) to ensure regular sell thru feedback is received and in turn we help them manage optimum stock levels in store to maximise sales ReportingPerformance analysis – Detailed review of performance by End use, division and gender down to a size and even a colour level highlighting stock cover and related risks & opps. Detailed reporting of sales vs plan in units, revenue & marginInventory tracking – Stock health dashboards highlighting inbound & stock on hand vs demand.
