The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading and managing a team, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional results.Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and mentorshipDevelop and implement strategic plans to achieve company objectives and drive business growthMonitor and analyse performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutionsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendorsOversee budgeting and financial planning processes, ensuring financial targets are metEnsure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policiesDrive a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and excellence within the teamRequirements:LLB DegreeAdmitted AttorneyMember of the compliance institute of SARE5 Accredited: Advantageous5-7 years’ experience in regulatory compliance position, 3 of which must have been in a managerial role – preferably in financial services (financial products (a) credit and b) insurance) If you are a results-driven leader with a passion for driving business growth and delivering exceptional results, we want to hear from you.
