Job Title: SAIPA TraineeLocation: Cape TownThe Role:We are seeking highly motivated and ambitious individuals to join our team as SAIPA Trainees. As a SAIPA Trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in the field of accounting and finance while working towards becoming a qualified Professional Accountant.Responsibilities:1. Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports2. Conducting audits and internal control reviews3. Assisting with tax compliance and planning4. Conducting financial analysis and budgeting5. Providing support to senior accountants and managers on various projects6. Keeping abreast of changes in accounting regulations and standards7. Developing strong technical and soft skills through on-the-job training and professional development courses8. Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all financial transactions9. Communicating effectively with clients and team membersRequirements:1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software6. Prior accounting or finance experience is a plus7. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines8. Willingness to pursue SAIPA qualification9.
