𝙆𝙚𝙮 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨:Identifying and engaging with potential retail tenants, utilising market research and networking skills.Negotiate lease terms and agreements that are in line with both the Landlord and the Tenant.Monitoring pipelines and ensure timeous finalising of deals.Preparing and managing Income Schedules and Tenant mix strategies.Meet established quotas and revenue goals.Ensures services are delivered on time.Understand industry trends and opportunities.Conducting market research and gap reports.Provide exceptional customer service to clients.Collaborate with various teams to ensure targets are met.Compile progress reports and deliver them to the Landlord in a clear and articulate manner.𝙍𝙚𝙦𝙪𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨:Proven experience in retail leasing or related fieldStrong negotiation skillsStrong Excel skillsIn possession of a Fidelity Fund CertificateFamiliar with the FICA Act and Compliance processExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Understand retail performance and outputsWe would love to speak with you if you have a strong desire to achieve results, are enthusiastic about real estate, and work well in a team environment!
