Reporting; Human Resources Business PartnerOverall Purpose of the Job: The successful incumbent will be responsible for recruitment of suitable operational staff to fill vacancies Minimum RequirementsMatric (minimum), relevant tertiary qualification (HR or Communications qualification)3- 5 years’ Experience recruiting at all levelsFull 360 recruitment cycle A must Valid Driver’s License and Own VehicleJob SpecificationRecruit suitable operational staff to fill vacancies – Armed Response, Guarding, CleaningRun end-to-end recruitment process:    Advertise, screen and source candidates in line with the job specs providedOnline advertising internally and externallyPrint media advertising as requiredNetworking and sourcing referralsLimit agency usage to “absolute emergencies” and only when authorized to do soLiaise with and manage Line Managers on the recruitment process and related mattersEnsure administration and documentation is completed in line with hiring and audit requirementsLead interviews and interview process for all vacancies – this includes:   Drafting interview guides (competency-based interview techniques are used)Setting up interviews (diary bookings, room bookings)Managing interview feedback and processing applications from thereCandidate managementRegretting candidates Administration managementOffers and contractsClient managementLiaising with and leading Line Managers on all recruitment mattersMaintaining constant and consistent communication with Line Managers and HR business partners on all recruitment activitiesSystem management and reportingAll vacancies must be managed through the e-Recruitment systemWeekly and monthly reporting done as required by Group Talent ManagerBehavioral Competencies:Customer-centricitySelf-motivated and drivenEnergeticAble to communicate with individuals at all levelsProcess minded with high attention to detailBusiness and system savvyTenacious and resilient Target drivenPunctual and conscientiousWe reserve the right not to make an appointment for any advertised position.
