This also includes administrative functions related to the assessment and internal moderation of all accredited qualifications.Assist with maintenance and renewal of the Star factory accreditation and ensure accredited trainers are assisted with maintaining, updating and applying for accreditations as requiredCo-ordinate and implement relevant database activities: learner registration and achievement updatesPrepare and draft policy and operational process flow charts for the Star Factory Quality Management System (QMS). Assist with review of the Star Factory Quality Management System (QMS) as required.Assist with the administration requirements related to reviewing and updating accredited training material.Provide administrative support related to liaison with relevant ETQA’s to coordinate all site monitoring visits, verification visits and other compliance requirements. Reports:Reports required by Quality Assurance Manager, Star Factory Management and relevant internal or external clientRelevant SETA or accreditation body reportsDaily report Learnership Support and Other:Support to admin team as and when requiredAny other training administration related duties required by Star Factory team on a project or adhoc basisWhat You’ll Bring To The Team:Demonstrate good analytical skills.Strong computer skills.Demonstrate creative skills.Strong sense of accountability.Work under pressure and able to meet deadlines.Demonstrate excellent attention to detail.Must be able to plan effectively and efficiently in order to meet deadlines. So, are you ready to level up, learn, and perform at your best?
