Job Description
Job Title: Payroll ClerkHire Resolves client is seeking a detail-oriented and organised individual to join their team as a Payroll Clerk in Strand, Western Cape. The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll processing and maintaining accurate payroll records.Responsibilities:Process payroll for all employees on a timely basisEnsure accuracy of all payroll data, including hours worked, taxes, and deductionsPrepare and distribute paychecks or electronic deposits to employeesRespond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issuesAssist with payroll reporting and analysisMaintain confidentiality of payroll informationWork closely with HR department to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee recordsRequirements: Advanced working knowledge of Sage Pastel VIP Payroll (non-negotiable)Knowledge and experience working with ERS Biometric clocking system will be advantageous.Grade 12Minimum three years payroll experienceSolid knowledge of payroll principles, processes and proceduresDetailed knowledge of statutory requirements i.e. PAYE, UIF, SDL, COIDAGood understanding of and working knowledge of all the appropriate Acts (LRA, BCEA, OSHA,COID, EEA)Computer literate with strong MS Office skillsOwn transportExcellent communication skills (written & verbal)Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.Salary: negotiable.Our client is offering a highly competitive salary for this role based on experience.Apply for this role today, contact Michaela Boustred at Hire Resolve or on LinkedIn You can also visit the Hire Resolve website: hireresolve.us or email us your CV: [email protected]We will contact you telephonically in 3 days should you be suitable for this vacancy.
