Job Title: Marketing ExecutiveLocation: Heidelberg, GautengDepartment: MarketingReporting To: Marketing ManagerOverall Purpose:RPO’s client is currently seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to join their dynamic marketing team. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and ultimately, sales growth. This role requires someone with a strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, social media platforms, and market trends.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and online advertising, to drive customer acquisition and retentionMonitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to inform future strategyCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop promotional materials, including print and digital ads, brochures, and presentationsManage the company’s social media presence, creating engaging content and responding to customer inquiries in a timely mannerConduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences, using insights to inform marketing strategyStay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online marketing, making recommendations for how to improve marketing effortsSupport the Marketing Manager in developing and executing overall marketing plans and strategiesAssist in organizing and attending marketing events, such as trade shows, conferences, and product launchesSkills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B or technology industryStrong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing softwareExcellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing contentAbility to think creatively and strategically, with a strong attention to detailProven track record of executing successful marketing campaignsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teamsExperience with event planning and coordination is a plusThis job description is intended to convey information essential to understanding the scope of the Marketing Executive position and it is not an exhaustive list of skills, efforts, duties, responsibilities, or working conditions associated with this role.
